An A+ from me as I work at an out-of-state apartment high-rise for the elderly which utilize 4 Cleaver Brooks Boilers that were in major need of particular parts that my local company, for whatever reason, was having a hard time obtaining.
I started surfing the web to try to locate a C.B. Dealer on my own and that's when I found you, and boy did you come through for me!
I called and maybe it was the tone of my voice that stressed the importance of my situation because I was put directly through to the owner of the company which took the time to listen to my ordeal, share his wealth of knowledge and came up with a solution to where parts were being shipped out direct to my local company here in Michigan to install.
